Coaches/Managers Meeting
Thursday evening we will host a Coaches/Managers meeting/Kick off party. Each team should have a representative present at the meeting to join us for a fun start to a great weekend.
Start and end times
All teams should be prepared for games to begin Friday morning at 8am. Final
games on Sunday will conclude by 4pm. Game schedule will be
distributed 7 days prior to the tournament
Rosters
Please have completed and signed USA rosters no later than May 1st.
Airports
Out of towners that will be flying can choose between OHare, Midway and Milawaukee Mitchell Airport.
Hotel
The hotels are filled on a first come first serve basis so please make sureteam manager completes the forms and returns them to our housing coordinator so we can assign your team to their official hotel. Please note all out of town teams are required to book rooms through tournament housing coordinator. We have reasonably priced rooms at hotels convenient to all arenas. Upon acceptance, your manager will be contacted by housing coordinator.Parents are not to call hotels direct until they receive a confirmation number from team manager.
Arenas
Due to the size the event has become, we will be playing games at
approximately 12 local arenas. All arenas will be convenient to the
hotels to accommodate out of town guests. All tournament hotels will have driving directions at the front desk for your convenience.
Tournament Staff
Each arena will have a designated staff member there as a supervisor
to insure that all matters are immediately addressed. Supervisors will
be able to assist your team during the tournament. |
